Introduction
During an initial introductory meeting we will see how we can make your wishes come true. We offer you clarity about current construction prices so that you can gain insight into the costs of your construction and finishing wishes. We can work with both large and small construction budgets and always support you with professional and honest advice. When mapping out your project, we always take current energetic standards into account, not only for yourself, but also for future generations.
Site survey
We actually visit the site and read the characteristics of the site.
We check the building conditions and determine the buildable volume based on legal regulations. -
Preliminary study
During the preliminary study we visually visualize your wishes using a 3D presentation. We take urban development data and legislation into account. This way you know exactly what your building will look like. We make an estimate of budget and energy performance. Together we will look at what you may want to adjust based on your budget, discuss techniques, finishes and materials and thus jointly put together your dream project.
Final design
Your feedback results in a final design. As a customer you now get a clear picture of the total cost of your project. If necessary, we will consult with the municipality/city to explore the options if you have specific wishes that deviate from urban development regulations.Permit phase
In the next phase, we prepare all architectural documents to submit an urban development application for the realization of your project. We prepare your entire file down to the last detail. You only need to sign it.
Detailed design
Once the permit has been granted, we prepare the implementation file. We prepare the construction carefully and completely so that no surprises arise on the site. We take into account energy performance, choices of building materials and your wishes. We piece everything together into one clear whole so that every contractor in the construction phase knows exactly what you want and how he/she should achieve it. This results in:
- Detailed plans
- A description of the materials used
- A detailed bill of quantitiesWe also prepare a detailed cost estimate based on exact quantities of the chosen materials and techniques. This gives you a very accurate picture of the actual cost price, taking into account the finishes you choose. Where necessary, adjustments can be made in this phase.
Because contractors get a clear view of what, how and how much needs to be carried out, they can prepare a precise quotation. This makes a correct comparison between the bids possible.

Request and compare quotes
Since the implementation file provides a clear overview of the required materials and their quantities, including all possible details, you as a customer can easily compare the different quotes. We will guide you in assessing these quotes, but you decide who you want to work with. We check whether contractors have not overlooked anything in their quotation, so that you are not faced with any surprises later. Once you have chosen a contractor, we will help you draw up the contract between you and the contractor.Construction phase
Once the contractor has been chosen, the work can start. We supervise and check these works. If desired, we can also fully coordinate these. Are the right materials definitely used? Does each party know when to carry out which works? Through weekly site meetings, both you and the contractors are always informed of the progress and progress of the works.We draw up a site plan so that all works fit together nicely and check the progress that your contractors send you. Is the price correct? Are the correct materials used? And have these materials been processed correctly? You can rest assured that your project will be carried out according to your wishes, in the right way and at the right price.
Completion and handover
We are also at your side during the delivery of your project. Is the construction fully compliant? Before the building is put into use, we carry out a thorough inspection and check whether everything is in order.
A report will be drawn up of this. The contractor can then prepare his final invoice and you as a client can enjoy your construction project with peace of mind.We assist you as a total partner, from the first spade to the last skirting board. That is the only way we can guarantee that your project will be followed up correctly down to the last detail.
